For over seventeen years Eagling's Southern Building Surveying has helped clients achieve successful compliant builds. Kim is truly impartial, and will always perform his work in the owner’s best interest.

The Building Code of Australia (BCA) is the building surveyor’s bible. It prescribes minimum construction requirements that must be complied with. The BCA specifies a 50-year serviceability period.

We will always inform the client and the builder of any matters that may require attention. We also do our best to pre-empt potential issues before they become costly to fix. For example, during a framing inspection, we will also look at the set up of wet areas and assess external levels, condensation mitigation measures, drainage and sub-floor ventilation.

We use up-to-date checklists, and each inspection has a good photographic and video record.

We have been doing wet area inspections for 5 Years. Wet area inspections will soon become mandatory, so it’s important that you engage a building surveyor with experience in this specialist area.
